This apple detox that I talk here is not meant to be a loss weight diet. It only helps cleanse your body to detox within two days because apples contains soluble and insoluble fibre, which helps the bowel movements.

The whole process is so easy and, duration is just 2 days. It works on me that I do it on a monthly basis.

If you want to take the challenge, spare two days to stay at home because you will need to go the bathroom frequently especially on the second day.
Get 10 to 12 medium to small size apple. If, for the big apple, 7 to 8 will be enough.

Apple and Milk Detox Guide

Day 1

Only Apples and water

  • Slice apples into pieces and eat slowly throughout the day.
  • Drink as much water as possible, preferably warm water.

Please note that apple cannot be replaced by other fruit or vegetable, and only water is consumed for the whole day.

Day 2

Only Milk

  • Get 2% milk or skimmed milk for about 2 liters, I personally like homogenized milk because you’ll not feel hungry.
  • Drink milk for the whole day, no other liquid, no juice, NO FOOD, NO APPLE.

The detox process will be taken into effect particularly on the second day. You’ll notice milk is doing its work to cleanse your body.

Everything will be back to normal on Day 3.
